Digital Portrait Request

This form is to request a commission from Rose Miller Art.

Payments are made after a receipt of request, consultation, final agreement and prior to artist initiating artwork. For commissions $100 or more, half can be paid upfront and the other half upon completion of high resolution digital file and time lapse video of process.
